Who you are dealing with

Grovvi is operated by Uzair Abdullah, a sole proprietor based in Pakistan, trading as Grovvi. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Grovvi" mean Uzair Abdullah trading as Grovvi. "You" means the person or company using the service.

Who takes your payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the purchase itself, alongside these terms, which govern your use of the service.

The service

Grovvi is a content research tool. It finds content topics, researches keywords, and builds a content calendar, using search data from third party providers and large language models. Features available at any time are the ones described on this website. We add and remove features as the product develops.

Grovvi produces research and suggestions. It does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, citations by any AI assistant, or any commercial result. Search data comes from third party providers and is an estimate. Output from language models can be wrong. Check anything you intend to rely on.

Your account

You need an account to use the service. Keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account and, if you invite others into your organization, for what they do there.

You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter a contract where you live, whichever is greater.

Subscriptions and credits

• Plans are billed monthly in advance at the prices on the pricing page. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance, granted when a payment succeeds.
• Credits pay for actions that cost us money to run. The cost of an action is shown before it runs. A run that fails is not charged.
• Credits do not expire, and unused credits roll over.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your remaining credit balance stays spendable.
• If your credit balance grows to several times your monthly allowance, we may pause your billing until the balance falls back. We tell you when this happens. Nothing is lost.
• We may change prices or credit allowances. Changes apply from your next billing period, and we give you notice before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, cancel before it applies.

Refunds are covered by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, or use the service to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the service, or use it to build a competing product.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other customers' data, or the systems behind it.
• Interfere with the service or place an unreasonable load on it, including scripted use designed to bypass credit costs or rate limits.
• Upload transcripts or other material that you do not have the right to share with us, including recordings of people who did not consent to being recorded.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is not serious, we contact you first.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything the service produces for you. You grant us the right to process that material to run the service, which includes sending it to the third parties listed in the privacy policy. We do not sell your data and we do not use your content to train our own models.

Our content

The service, the software behind it and the Grovvi name stay ours. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active.

Availability

We do not promise a specific level of uptime. We depend on third party providers, and we take the service down for maintenance from time to time. If a run fails because the service or a provider is unavailable, it does not consume credits.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time. We can end this agreement by giving you 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously break these terms. If we end it without cause, we refund the unused part of your current billing period. After the agreement ends you can ask us to export your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we give notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not remove any consumer protection you have under the law of the country you live in.
